Ingredients: 9 oz Burdock Root 9 oz Radish 9 oz Carrot 1-2 oz Radish leaves 2-3 Shiitake Mushrooms Directions: 1. Clean all the above ingredients and cut into large pieces. 2. Add in 6 cups of water and bring to boil. 3. Turn down heat and simmer for 1 hour. 4. Enjoy!
